A Tip About Tips
If you happened to score a new set of earphones, you may be experiencing the frustration of phones that fall out of your ears or fail to block out external noises. Or maybe they fit okay, but the in-ear speakers just don’t sound as good as you think they ought to.
There could be a very simple fix for your problem – and it doesn’t require smashing your new phones with a sledgehammer! The fact of the matter is that all ears are not created equal, so no one earphone will be a comfortable fit in every ear.
But unless you’re rolling with basic ear buds (you know, the kind that just sit on your ear), you should be able to customize the fit just by changing out the eartip on your phones. And there are a lot of good reasons to do this beyond just getting a better fit.
For one thing, ordinary eartips can absorb sound waves and decrease the accuracy of the music before it reaches your ear. Not to mention, a lot of people get downright queasy when they think of shoving in an earphone that a friend has just used.
So the goals are to get a better, more comfortable fit; a complete seal so that outside noises don’t interfere with the music; a more accurate sound and a sanitary eartip.
The answer – Monster SuperTips™ - a collection of various sizes, shapes and materials that will be sure to have the ideal fit for your ears, with lots of shapes and sizes left over to let your friends try out your brand new earphones. Even better, once you’ve found your ideal SuperTip, you can order a replacement set of just that tip and always have fresh tips available. Once your whole crew is fitted out with SuperTips you can trade back and forth and argue who’s got the best phones.
