Monster was thrilled to be in the house this past Tuesday June 7th as Earth, Wind & Fire opened their 40th anniversary tour at the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheater outside Denver, Colorado.  Formed in 1971, EWF is one of the most critically acclaimed and popular funk bands of the 1970s.  To celebrate EWF’s 40th anniversary, Monster recently announced  a partnership with the band on a special project to be unveiled later this year. 

Noel Lee, the Head Monster, was proud to attend with special guests such as Famous Monster Snowboarder Nick Bilawsky and Paul’s TV Director of Stores Tad Hayashi, to whom Monster sends a BIG thanks for everything.

EWF now takes the 40th Anniversary Tour to Texas. To capture all the excitement of the Sunday night gig in Houston, Monster is looking for a Lone Star Social Media Monster! To earn a pair of tix to the show and be our eyes and ears on the ground just send an email to social@monstercable.com telling us why you want to be a Social Media Monster along with links to your blog, Twitter and Facebook accounts. If we choose you, your job will be to go to the show, have fun and provide us with tweets, photos, video, and a blog post of your experience.
